Refund & Return Policy

At Zyvarra, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund and return policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • The jewelry must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags attached
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • Customized or personalized pieces cannot be returned

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Worn or used jewelry showing signs of wear
  • Custom-made, engraved, or personalized pieces
  • Gift cards or promotional items
  • Products purchased on clearance or final sale

3. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. For cash on delivery orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or mobile wallet.

4. Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for assistance. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

5. Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was damaged, defective, or incorrect. In such cases, Zyvarra will cover return shipping expenses.

6. Inspection & Approval

All returned items undergo quality inspection. Items not meeting return criteria will be shipped back to the customer at their expense. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with this policy.
